Audsley & Associates PLLC offers professional appraisal services on a wide variety of agricultural and commercial properties throughout Missouri and neighboring states. We accept assignments large and small but our specialty is providing valuation services for complex and difficult assignments that most firms find difficult to handle.

In addition to real estate appraisals and appraisal reviews for a wide variety of clients, we assist other appraisal companies on the more complex assignments and provide litigation support through expert witness testimony. We are in business to solve valuation problems.

Howard Audsley, President and founder of Audsley & Associates, is a State Certified General Appraiser in Missouri and also holds the prestigious Accredited Rural Appraiser (ARA) designation from the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. Howard has over 25 years of appraisal experience and is a recognized leader in the industry.
